Bios updating

Hey

Im going to update the bios on my board.

Heres the link for my board

Do i need to update version by version or can i just go straight to version 2? Whats the best way of updating the bios? Through USB?

should be able to flash to latest version straight away

and yh using usb stick and flash through the bios (not in any windows utility)

make a note of any bios/oc settings before you update as it will wipe/reset them
