Bios upgrade problem

Hi Guys, back again with a new problem.Trying to upgrade my p5b deluxe wifi M/B bios. The file to download is 0711 right and it says the file is 791.8kb but my download manager DAP says the file is 773kb. Now when I download it and try to unzip it, it says unexpected end of archive. Any help as ever greatly appreciated. Z
