Have you got a spare jumper for the clear cmos if so try leaving the clear cmos jumper on the 2 pins and then remove battery to see if that works
 
no dont have a spare jumper battery out now tried jumper pins with battery out...but takes to bios password...dont know what to try next?

Go to local pc shop and ask for a spare jumper should be no more than 10p or free and then try it as it seems the cmos isnt being cleared properly

got it sorted...unpluged the psu from motherboard for a few hrs plug all back together and all working...thanks all for your help

I did tell you after removing the power cable from the PC to hit the power button a few times to drain the caps in the PSU, otherwise, the caps store power for what can be a fair few hours, so even removing the cmos battery doesnt help as the PSU is still saving the settings with the power remaining the the main caps.
