Bioshock: demo overnight

Releasing it at 9pm their time gave them the whole day to work on it, getting it ready.

You know, no matter what time it is released here, it's released 9pm or 2am somewhere else in the world! The world doesn't revolve around you either!

Would you rather it was released at 2am this morning or 9pm this evening? If it was 9pm this evening you wouldn't even be able to play it until tomorrow anyway with the slowdowns :S

For crying out loud stop winging about the time it was released and be happy they even released one at all.

Quoted the whole post, couldn't have said it better myself, maybe would also have mentioned time differences within the US etc :p

Its getting quite annoying, It downloaded to 40% at about 1mb/s then 40% - 47% it was going about 33kb/s, I stopped the download, resumed it, it went back to about 900kb/s for about 30 secs then went back down to 30kb/s :(
 
My son just called me and told me it has finished downloading :D


......but I don't finish work till 10 tonight :(

Demo was great but I didn't like the aiming on the pad, was kinda hard at times. :eek:

Should try turning up the sensitivity, the Splicers pack a punch, I don't wanna know how much health the Big D's take off!
 
grrr... Stop playing it :( and talking about playing it twice :'(

I even tried deleting it completely and redownloading it, it went about 1mb/s again to 49% and now its gone back down to basically nothing. :mad:
 
Ooh just played through again and showed the GF even she is interested in getting it for her new pc that arrives tomorrow. The game is pure class but comes out when I'm away from my 360, can I use my hard drive on my brothers machine, and then keep the save for mine?

Might be an idea to turn off your xbox and try again.

I'll have to set this off downloading when I get home, heard many good things about it, will also let me see if I like the 360 version or whether I should buy a new PC (no not just for this game :p )
