Bit of a noob question

I want to clean and re-install my HSF(Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro) and was wondering if i have to remove my whole motherboard to remove the cooler? I can't remember what it was like fitting it ..

No you wont have to remove the board as the arctic freezer uses the standard intel push pin configuration.

Ahh thanks, i've done it now, only managed to get 3-4 degrees difference after all that work :|
