Bit of a Noobish Question

Me and mum have almost identicle cars with only a few years between them, But my car has a Different back suspension and the back is a bit higher, im guessing it could be after market.
But what Type of suspension is it?

Nope hers is made in 1990

Manufacturers change cars over time. More than likely, they changed the rear setup.
