To put it slightly in perspective I believe on Sky News yesterday it was mentioned that there have been a total of almost 4000 arrests so far during the World Cup of which about 200-300 were England fans.

Exactly , 120 or so last night.
I bet there were that many arrests for drunken tomfoolery in your average British city centre last night.
