Hi,
I have a spreadsheet with approx 300 records. I want to creat a new column to mark items in and out of warranty. I have date supplied I just can't figure out hot to automatically have a new field to calculate if the item is more than 365 days old.

Help would be much appreciatedl

I have similar spreadsheet.

I have five columns; received date, warranty period, warranty end (automatically calc'd), Warranty Remaining (again auto) and Owned for (time in days, calc'd from other cells).

I have used conditional formatting to change the shadings of cells after a certain value, e.g 365.

Not sure if thats what your after or not but it may help!
