Bit of help with resizing image...

Hi I have a cash register here connected via serial port to my pc, im trying to program it and upload a logo. however the software says the logo must be a certain size.

In this case: "File Size Error(File Size to be 384x192)"

What program (freeware) can i use to change it to that size?

If not can i upload it here?
