What's the difference between using this tool and changing the key via : Start --> right click Computer --> Properties --> Change Product Key ?

The key change tool can put any legit serial into an installation and alter the files accordingly. I used it to sort a dodgy VLK install of xp pro into a legit install of xp pro, even though using the built in key change system told me the legit serial wasn't valid for the VLK install.
