Bit stuck

700w im not going to go for 580's just to much money really, i think i will go for the asrock, do many boards have wireless lan built in these days?

That is fair enough, the GTX 580 is a big step up in price, but have you considered the GTX 570 like this one, or this one with the rear-exhausting stock cooler?

You mention you have a 700W PSU, that's the OCZ ModXtreme, right?

As for wireless LAN, not many enthusiast boards feature it (since if you are gaming you are much better off using Gigabit ethernet or even powerline).

I wasnt aware 2 570's were a better setup than 2 6970's? they are 1200meg cards as opposed to 2 gig and i game at 2560x1600 so i need the ram really

Yeah the OCZ is what i have

You will be ok with the OCZ PSU, you will just have to use a Molex to PCI-E adapter for each card, as it has two connectors.

Luckily the graphics cards will come with at least one each, usually two of the adpaters.

The Crossfire scaling of the newer 6 series ATI cards is much improved and I would say will be better than two GTX570 easily, the resolution you want will also be helped by the larger VRAM.
