Can anybody recommend the best Bit-torrent \ P2P anti-monitoring\ blocking software out there atm?

They're generally regarded as being pointless; for every IP they block there's bound to be lots more. Either switch to a more secure downloading platform or don't bother.

I better not mention it on the forums (even though it's perfectly legal like most P2P systems until you download something illegal).
