hey guys i was just wondering if there was any point in getting the bitfenix raider because it has 4 usb 3.0 on the front and i dont have a compatible mobo but will be getting one eventually, is usb 3.0 backwards compatible with 2.0 until i get a 3.0 mobo?

You get separate cables for the front USB ports (3.0 and 2.0):

If you need any more info on the case, you can check my review out;

It is backwards compatible, it also includes an extra cable to go from 19pin USB3.0 to 9pin USB2.0

12.50 onwards -

Thanks! Glad you liked it! :)

Yup! I really do like the Raider.

A very worthy upgrade overall from the antec sonata 3, the main things being the aesthetics, cable management, plenty of options for cooling, very quiet especially when you consider the design of the case and the amount of fans etc.

As said in the review, the only let downs for me is, the ease of access to some areas, out of the box cooling etc.

The case looks even better with some LED fans as well IMO :D

Took this guys photos and photo shopped one to get a better idea of how blue LED fans at the front would look:

And my photo shop result :D:

the only little problem for me is the disk drive because it isnt the same as the rest of the case it being straight, but i might see if i can find a solution for that. :)

Same, actually, I can't even think of the last time I used it.

I use to use it a lot for burning films etc. to DVDs, don't need it for games at all as I buy them digitally through steam or some other place and then to install new hardware e.g. new GPU or whatever, I just dll the latest drivers of the internet :)

Think I may get rid of mine now as well! :p
