i take it there is no removalble filters? Is the mesh front to the case a sort of filter? I was intending to put a 230mm fan in the front.... it will be like a stationary hoover!

If only it was mATX! All they need to do is flip the motherboard! (Keep the PSU in the same place, otherwise it'll be terrible like the matx lian li) Psu infront of cpu cooler 1) limits cpu cooler size 2) eliminates window possibilities!

if you made a straight conversion to matx it would be an awfully wide case due to the motherboard being horizontal.... it would have to be placed vertically so a completely different internal layout!

But i agree a matx case with similar external astehtics with a 23cm fan in the front would be nice.

if you install a graphics card which draws air in through the sidepanel vents
you can't lay the case on its side which is a shame as the power button and
ports are on the other side panel.

Switch the side panels around.

Then you may not be getting enough air to the graphics card,
think it would have made more sense to put the buttons/ports
on the top or front of the case but that's my only gripe with the
case.

Has the white version got a front panel grille or is it solid? the black one is definately a grill

the white version is solid with a softouch front... however in the black frame are opening for ventilation through with the front fans can pull air.

There's enough volume for a matx setup, too much wasted space for mitx - I don't care for watercooling or sticking more than two SSDs, or a 20" graphics card

p) in such a small system => waste of space for me. I hope bitfenix decide to do a matx case with a similar volume to this case.

If bitfenix done a matx version of this case i imagine it would be a huge hit. Most of the MATX cases at the moment are abit... iffy.

The Silverstone TJ08-E is a nice case.

I take it then that the white case has no filters on the intake at all? The vented front of the black one may act as a sort of filter.... if not these cubes are goign to get very dusty!

Way too large. Being a SFF guy, these bloated so called mITX cases make me sad.

Wasted oppurtunity really. With a little bit more fat on it, she would've been a respectable mATX case.
