does anyone else do this, bite ths inside of their mouth?
i have done this for over 4 years now and my gf is really trying to get me to stop this but im finding it too hard and am realising how much and how bad i am at doing it
i do it like atleast for 70% of the day and use my hands to pull the skin forward to get really far back, so much that is bleeds a lot and leaves me with pains inside my mouth for ages.
Just wondering aswell if people do do this if they know of any good ways to stop this? e.g. any things ican put on like my fingertips that will make my hands taste grose
