kia it won't let me download the iso,its just a blank page

I would re-install windows as a last resort,its on a big 2tb hdd and nearly full which is a pain,hoping I can remove it

Download the .iso using a different machine and browser if necessary.

just an update,seems ive got rid of it

I still see cpu.exe pop up and two versions of conhost.exe,soon as I move the mouse they go off

but the cpu usage stays at 0-1% and not 99%,same for gpu

not sure what got rid of it I used kapwersky disc above which took nearly two days of scanning for 4tb

and I used stopzilla,gotta say its the hardest virus ive had to get rid of

They do like to stick to their places hence why I keep nothing of real value on my system.
