I will probably get slated for this but man I am gutted. I took a day off work (willingly) to wait in for my 2 Asus VG278H monitors and MSI 680 Lightning on Tuesday. Nothing arrived but after a phone call to OcUK, I was told they would be here Wednesday. Sadly I could not get time off work that quick so I informed OcUK that Thursday would be best as I would sort out more time off from work. I have just got in from work to see that email and geeeeez I am gutted. I have bought all my PC Components from here since 2009 and been very happy, even though I could have got them cheaper from else where.

Why couldn't the guy I spoke with on the phone tell me that there was a problem with my order when I phoned yesterday? 2 days holiday wasted arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Rant over and I was so hoping to be playing in 3D surround tomorrow and benching my shiny new Lightning :(

Did you make a post on the Customer Services section - normally 5UB is pretty decent at trying to get things sorted.

I work on a busy port and by the time I went to pick it up, it would have vanished...Not wise and my wife has just started a new job and didn't want to burden her so early on in her new job.

Ordered one of the monitors B grade or two? Guess they must've sold them and they didn't come off b grade or w/e.

I ordered the 2 that were in the B Grade section (£200 cheaper in total) to go with my current Asus VG278H monitor. As soon as I did the order, they had gone from the website. I wish they had told me on the phone though...Surely somebody knew so I could have at least saved another days holiday :(

No, as they didn't have the whole order, they have held it. :(

Mal gives advice like telling someone to put 1.7V through a card and a few hours later saying it was a typo...He seriously worried me with the advice he gave people sometimes.
 
So how will they get more B grade in stock? You may be better off and they may send you new ones.

Just can't see how they would expect you to wait for 2 to be returned could be months!:(
If you want I'll buy 2 take them out of the boxes then return, just joking!

I live in Essex,if you have a lightning to be delivered let me know and I'll take it in and look after it for you:)
Then on your way home from work you can ring to say when your picking it up.........and I'll be out ;):)
