Bizarre problem(?) with Firefox!

In firefox (having cleared my history, cookies and a clean run with ad-aware) on a blank tab or a non-blank tab/window if I click my middle mouse button simultaneous with the left mouse button I get taking to this page:

(I have a microsoft 5 button mouse)
