Black dots in WoW

I had a similar thing happen to me some time ago, the tech guy I asked said it was a sure sign that my graphics card was on the way out, so I bought a new one.

Not saying that is your prob though, just may be thats all.
Why not try the dxdiag tests Start>Run>type "dxdiag" without the quotes go to the display tab and run the tests.

Also does it do this on all games?

it might be some graphical problem with your card/drivers.
 
Hmm i took the side case off and dusted everything and theres no dots but I have the feeling they will come back, what should I be looking to buy, fans ( what models?), graphics cards???

I must tell you I had I worse problem before this where the pc would completely freeze up and I would have to restart it manually. although downgrading them updating drivers seems to have fixed that. Also my anti aliasing doesnt seem to be working, both WoW and Counter Strike look horrible even though AA is on. I just dont kno what to do.
