Wasn't really planning on an upgrade til early next year... ended up buying everything but the GPU given how much stuff was discounted :S (was really holding off til Maxwell but may end up buying a 780 to tide over).

A Prodigy M case at a really bargain price would do me, especially after I spent 3 days cutting up my prodigy to fit m-atx only to findout theres a F-E-C-K-I-N M version :(

I used it for 2 days at a LAN and it died, so currently waiting for me to package it for RMA. As it was at a LAN I couldn't really hear how loud it was :S

Oh dear... Hopefully it was just a one off. Are you getting the same model again? Maybe they released a rev 2 version for a reason :eek:.

Yeh, I'm just expecting a straight swap :) I was happy with it when i was using it. I'd love to see if come back as a rev 2 though. Black PCB does look nice :)

Hoping mine should be fine as i've already had to return two R9 280X cards so far! A sapphire 280X Vapor-X which arrived with a bent/warped cooler and an Asus 280X DCII TOP that was running too hot and occasionally artifacting (my case has good airflow too). Hopefully it'll be third time lucky with the Gigabyte 280X :).

A rev 2 would be nice with the black PCB and better looking cooler, and i suspect they use the new Tahiti XTL core instead of the XT2 core (7970 GHz edition).
