Check your account online and order status, codes should be in there. :)
 
Have the 480gig ssds arrived yet? Getting a bit worried about my order auto cancelling (7 days?) it still says in warehouse queue

if I view it now can I re view it later on at all? im currently at work so don't want to view it if I cant when I get home
 
There has been a delay with the stock coming in for Europe. It is full UK stock but as with most things they are all kept in European warehouses. We will be getting stock on Friday rather than today Thursday. We will do everything we can to get the stock booked in and picked ASAP for all the back order.

This stock shipped on Tuesday but has spent a long time in a European hub before being shipped to the UK. I will update everyone once they have arrived.

I presume around the 8th December as the promotional period started on the 8th November and you have to wait 30 days, before submitting your claim.

Must say very impressed with OCUK customer service / prices recently and honoring the SSD's is another example.

Got my dispatch email today, basically i've been having to run around chasing my order through so many different staff in the office. Basically everyone was giving me different answers which was annoying but eventually everything was sorted.

No idea what happened, not placing blame but office guys were blaming warehouse :rolleyes:

TL;DR on the question - The guy on the phone mentioned DPD Sunday delivery but i didn't quite hear him, could i possibly expect my parcel tomorrow? (Been chasing it for a week :( )
