Black Hiper UV-reactive fan and cables??

What does uv-reactive stand for? I thought it was like glowing or something, If so, my hiper 480 psu doesnt glow. Why is that?

I think it refers to the cables, as far as I know they glow if you have UV lights in your case. I'm not certain about this though.
