New patch out today, you get proper ping times now instead of the cruddy bars.

oh and it's nuketown double xp weekend too.

Just been playing for free on steam and had to quit. Using a PS3 pad and for some reason all of a sudden the gun kept shooting of it's own accord and I couldn't move. The pad has been working fine all day with sleeping dogs.

Anyone else had this?

I'd imagine 99.99999999% of pc users on a game like cod use a mouse and keyboard.

Got this over the free weekend and playing hardcore kill confirmed. Fun times. For those complaining about unloading a clip and the opponent is still standing, well go play hardcore mode like in every other previous cod games, else you're doing it wrong.

Hardcore Kill Confirmed is all we play. Anything else is pretty rubbish. MP7 with laser and Extened mag with no other guns just perks is my choice of style on short maps but long maps is a m27 with red dot and quick mags.

Thinking of buying this but I'm put off by how few people are playing it. It's only 2 months after release and the game is bloody well free to play this weekend and there were only around 6000 people on TDM last night.

Is that pretty much par for the course?

50,000 online when i looked i mainly play tdm and rooms are pretty much full all time.

I wouldn't pay more than a fiver for it.

Enjoyed the free to play weekend but not sure about buying it.

I don't know what it is about COD games that are so rage inducing. No other game does this to me.

Enjoyed the free weekend until my 8800gtx nearly cooked during a long session, you know you got a **** pc when you cant run a cod game without turning most things down !

Bought this after the freeplay weekend, where by I ignored the "we'll fix the network issues after the weekend" BS in the hope that come today I could at least play the game.

Wrong.

If I'm not getting network disconnects, I'm just getting total graphics freezing while the game continues in the background. Wonderful.
