ANY case can vibrate, no matter what anyone will say.

Just its quite hard to make a v1000 do it

Its a common fix, but it wont work with the v1000+.

Any case that vibrates/resonates, a small piece of bluetac or a elastic band usually solves it.

Don't see whats wrong with it myself :confused:

Make sure the panels are seated correctly and then tighten the rear screws as far as the buggers will go.

1 Screw side panel, with a locking mechanism.

The fix is quite the opposite really.

If the locking mechanisms even a tiny bit loose it rattles like a Dutch *lady of the night*

I have mine not even screwed in and its fine, running 2 150gb raptors in the hard drive cage for today only so this should cause the worst, and it is fine

The key with the v1000+ and panel vibration is the front pin; if this is not on properly the panel can go insane, the locking mechanism has very little to do with it once its closed the side due to its hook design.

I've seen both black and silver in flesh and to be honest, black looks a lot better and the silver behind the front cannot be seen much
