Not a new build but I've been downsizing my case; had a tiny motherboard in a huge case after an upgrade a couple of years ago and with a desk move was looking for a smaller footprint.
The machine has been working perfectly for a couple of years now

I've taken this kit:
B550i Aorus Pro AX with a 5800X3D CPU
ASRock 6900XT
64GB Corsair Dominator RAM
Various Drives

and moved it into a Cooler Master NR200P Max V2

Now the new case has a built in AIO and CPU (850W) which is more powerful than the old 750W anyway and the AIO seems to fit fine.

However when I turn the machine on everything "seems" to get power; AIO fans kick on, the GPU lights up (its RGB) although only the middle of the 3x fans kicks in and the other case fans also seem to get power.
But I'm getting zero display output at all, just a black screen (monitor remains in Stand By) and not even a post screen.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to where the problem could be; my CPU doesn't have an iGPU so I assume my trying to use the HDMI port on the motherboard is a waste of time; the GPU was working fine before and seems to be getting power so I think its probably ok.

I'm thinking it must be either motherboard related or the CPU (as it doesn't seem to boot despite power working) but I'm not sure how to check any of it and was looking for a little advice!

First 2 steps would be to try your old PSU, you can still do this with everything in the case, just leave the PSU close by, the cables should just about reach, if that doesnt work.......... the 2nd is a bit more of a PITA, take everything out and breadboard it.

Its crazy the things that stop your PC from booting up, years ago mine was working fine, then one day all of a sudden it decided to stop working, everything lighting up like your is, after working for what seemed like hours on it, it turned out to be the Antec spot cool I had all of sudden decided to start shorting something out, as soon as it was removed, everything worked perfectly.......so it could even be the cooler in that new case of yours.

Thanks! I've ended up just taking it all out the case; got it sitting on a motherboard box to test.
Tried 3x PSU's (Two identical 750W and the new 850W) and get the same results with all 3x so I don't think its a PSU issue; tried with removing a RAM stick, swapping the RAM, etc and no difference and with 3x different coolers (the AIO, a tower cooler and an older AIO) and again no change.
I managed to order a "used" return CPU (one with an iGPU) from the Rainforest that's coming today; hopefully that will help me narrow down further to Motherboard, CPU or GPU... I hope its not my GPU... its about 4 weeks out of its warranty!
