Black trim

Does anyone know how feasible/effective paint trim is?

Would like to try it but I don't have the balls if it goes wrong.

The Autoglym stuff generally, although Peanut butter also works.

Once that's done the next thing that stands out is the tyres, thus something like the Meguirs purple tyre stuff needs to go on.

WD40 or an Oil/Water mix works really well for a short time, but you'll need a 'product' for it to last more than a couple of days. Autoglym's is pretty good, although I believe Black WOW is the "daddy".

I go to town with the focus. I find that 6X3' used slabs, bags of sand and cement being rubbed in to them, twinned with the abuse it gets from having large dogs does create quite a nice finish. One I am proud of.

:D

I think gel like that is much better than the sprays.

It is. I have tried loads of products and this blows every one of them out of the water.

It lasts for ages, looks better when applied, is easier to apply due to it's viscosity and the best about it is that it beads off water like a good wax.

Yep. I tried loads of sprays, all different makes but they were all pretty pants. They would only last a few days looking good and were difficult to give an even finish. The megs gel (and guessing the same for the one you use) is just a case of putting it on a rag and gently wiping it down the strip. Takes under 5 mins to do all my trim with this.
