It's boy racers not thinking I can't stand.


For example; this bloke thinks tinted lights are cool, so he did it:

And it looks god-awe-full. It's also illegal as he's tinted the reflectors.

This bloke on the other hand has decided that painting his B pillars black, and tinting the upper part of the lights would make the line the windows form follow around the car:


And it looks reasonable.


Same with black wheels, some do it because "Black wheels are cool" and some do it because their car would actually look good.

now that looks awesome mostly because it reminds me of the dekra version in the dtm which was stupidly aggressive yet gorgeous at the same time.

Ive wanted black 5 spokes for ages for my car, but i just cant justify over £500 on wheels+tires on an 8 year old car thats worth about £2k.

those are standard almera gti wheels, the guys just decided to do something a bit different with them, the car is completely standard apart from the grille and exhausr and obviously colour scheme.

infact, thinking about it my car has some rubbish black/silver wheels on it, i hate them but it came with them and i dont have the money to swap them.

I thought I was noticing a lot more cars with black wheels lately but put it down to me looking for them more. I really hope they aren't the next big thing, my refurbed wheels are currently at the garage having tyres fitted - and they have been resprayed in Ford Ash Black! Still, they are going to look cool, chav or not

Exactly. Black wheels will never be the new Lexus lights, because black wheels look good on the right car, Lexus lights look ***** even on a Lexus.
