Blackberry

Ive just gone from a HTC TyTn II with Windows Mobile to a Blackberry Bold and the Bold is far superior in almost everyway. The only thing it lacks is a decent camera but then I dont buy a phone for its camera anyway.

one thing i noticed about it though is the thickness of the touch screen, it actually seemed rather robust and quite thick, yet still responsive despite this

That's why one uses stylus or cover the screen with invisible shield. My omnia has no finger prints on screen because I'm somehow managed to work everything with a stylus... even the art of holding the phone pulling the stylus out of the external ring.

I use to have the ipod touch, similar to the iPhone, a layer of invisible shield and you'll be happy to tap the screen after eating nik naks.

The shield might be a better option with the storm as you actually have to press the screen in as it's one large button. I could see the stylus slipping if you're not holding it straight.

i have a bb bold its pretty good when its not crashing or telling me a call has ended when it hasnt.

i have it just for personal use as i like to receive emails on the go and i didnt like the nokia smart phone.

storm looks like its the same as mine just which touch screen, i dislike touch screen however.

hows it cheap?

Free phone on contract compared to hundreds of pounds from Apple/O2? I'm speaking in terms of price range rather than quality feel.

Will you get the Name Right!!!... its the Samsung Nom-Nomnia

Its the sexiest phone I've ever owned! (not saying much by hay!!) :D

I never heard of it being called nom-nomnia... but be assure that word will catch on :p

I wudnt get the storm currently as theres too many bugs and issue with it.
I got 1 currently and have poor signal. have 1 bar and lucky if I get 2. a lot of complaints currently and people have sent it back cancelling their contracts. consider they have a lot of issues and dont know when a fix will be provided or they will replace the fone as they have no stock. annoying as people have 14 days for return and they wont extend it due to faults.

My Mate called it that the other day when I let him have a play with mine!... I was rolling about laughing for some time after he said it!.. :D:D

I'm trying to get it used in every day speech now!!..
