Ask yourself this if they have access to your devices why the hell do they need to send you an E-mail they could just open a notepad type app and write that all in that leaving it open for you to see.

Get these once every few months plus a load of other scams trying it on, like We tried to deliver your package please click here, or We tried to deliver your package you need to pay x-amount, this is paypal please login, this is hsbc please login and lots of others as should be standard for people now never click on a link in an email just go to the site and login.

It must work other wise why would they do it.

What's the point? You already know that no such video exists, and by replying you let them know your email is active which might get it put on more spam lists.
