blackout blinds

anyone know of any good online stores which sell 100% blackout blinds which are fully encased from top to bottom and can be pulled up and down like normal blinds.

think i got mine from argos, couldnt have been more than about £15 i think.

perfect in the bedroom to block out all light both ways.

so does it has like a bit on the left and right wall where it slides into so that no light get even through the edges.

not exactly no, but it sits perfectly in the frame of the window and therefore no light can get through the edges.

I really fancy a pair of these for the livingroom, DVD's would be pretty cool in pitch black!

this is for my bedroom, so needs to be 100% black, nothing even from the edges.

the size is 180x90cm

colour not too much of a problem, preferebly black, white or cream

Maybe if the blinds were showing light around the edges . you could solve that easier than buying a blind that fits perfectly.

Don't worry, ceiling cat is easily outwitted if you put a dog in your attic. If you need one of those too, check your local RSPCA.

ones I got from argos years ago I just trimmed to fit my window, worked perfectly. Needed them so I could sleep in my flat during the day, normal blinds just did nothing against the sunshine !

but you will still have some light leakage around the sides... not 100% which addy_010 is after I think
