Ok we get that you like it... but thats a little far fetched. I'd say Starwars was more influential, fast forward a couple of decades and The Matrix is again more influential (considering that bullet time is probably in almost all films and some TV series since).
As said above, many people both inside and outside the industry do explain why Blade Runner was such an important film and just how influential it has been.
Star Wars on the other hand, when you look at it is a "Fairy Tale in Space" - the story had been told many times before, just never in space before.
Don't get me wrong, Star Wars is important, and many, many people will tell you how much they enjoyed it and how it still remains on their "favourite movies" list - however as an important or influential movie it doen't often rate.
