That's your assumption though, you just said that.
Nothing to do with facts.
Nothing to do with facts.
So what are your first thoughts when a man does badly in a job?
Another example, this time an actual Cambridge professor:

Of course her Twitter vanished pretty quickly after sunlight hit it.

Imagine how different the response would be if anyone described anything as “dangerously black” or “dangerously Muslim”.
/leftistHatOnFigures from the 2011 British Census and Creative Skillset’s 2012 Employment Census showed that the UK was 14% non-white, London’s population was made up of over 40% black, Asian, ethnic minorities (BAME) yet BAME representation across the creative industries had fallen to a stark 5.4%.

What I don't get is how these people can't see they're playing with fire.I don't know why but I find it incredibly ironic she's a social anthropologist.
BBC director-general Greg Dyke has described the corporation as being "hideously white".

Andrew Lloyd Webber has stated that diversity is crucial to the future survival of British theatre, labelling the industry as "hideously white".

Whites, esp "cis" what males, are expected to be self-loathing. Collectively not individually.Hideously white
Hideously black
Hideously Muslim
Hideously Jewish
Hideously gay
Either these are all acceptable, or none are.
Lmao "Dangerously white" I'm convinced these individuals suffer from some kind of mental illness....
Huh, interesting response.it's not to his - and he said he defends their right to make it. Put your keyboard down cilla, it's only a commercial.
It's not about the video per se, but the double standards:Huh, interesting response.
I guess I shouldn't expect an actual answer.
My opinion of this is that it’s not my thing, it’s disrespectful, insulting & pretty stupid, but that’s just my opinion, and I defend their right to say it. My issue is that if the races were reversed there’d be an absolute ****storm with likely investigations into “hate speech”.
That's the main problem for me.There’s a growing mainstream acceptance of overt anti-white rhetoric, while simultaneously having a hysterical hypersensitivity around anything BME.
I was wondering the same thing. I know there are exceptions in employment law that allow say for example chinese restaurants to recruit only oriental employees on the grounds of 'authenticity' but the BBC job posting does look odd.how is the BBC example legal??
I agree there is a trend but I personally feel that is the current "I'm offended" brigade taking a different route. It's not about the video per se, but the double standards:

We know.
Welcome to the wave of toxic PC culture that is taking over. It's ok to say things/discriminate as long as it's vs white people.
Which is retarded.... but there we go. This stuff just erodes race relations and ****** people off, because even the biggest simpleton can see the double standards at work.
Don't worry it'll get worse and we can sit back and laugh as these morons regress race relations by 20 years.
I must be living in a bubble. I'm a white male and I've never experienced any racism. I wonder if it's just some people being too sensitive?
