Block driver update

Does anybody know how to prevent windows 10 creator, from updating my PCi Bus driver for the MSI GX70 laptop?
This driver keeps crashing my laptop by reinstalling the hardware driver.
I can rollback to an older version that is installed as part of AMD Legacy Drivers, but on reboot, Win 10 Creator updates this driver and causes the desktop to lag horrendously and all my games to crash.

Though IIRC it doesn't always show the driver you want to blacklist :s also if a new update to Windows or that specific driver is released it often just ignores your settings and stick it on again anyhow :|

Or go back to an OS like 7 that wasn't designed by stubborn idiots.
