Blocking Drive access

I'm supposed to be going out for a meal and there's a van blocking my drive.. It's a dropped kerb so as far as I was aware they shouldn't be parked there?
Is there any way I can report the owner for them to move the van asap as otherwise I'll have to get a taxi because I can't get the car off the drive

Any advice please?

Go outside, open your car and lean on your horn.

Either the ****ing idiot who parked there, or someone who knows where he is, will eventually come and see what the commotion is about.
