Blocking/stopping spam telephone calls in iOS?

Anyone using an app to stop spam calls getting through on their iPhone?

I had Trucaller but it was useless and all the apps I can see seem to be very USA centric. I've recently started getting spam calls and really want to block them.

Are you using one, do you know how effective it is?

When my iPhone was jailbroken I used to use iBlacklist, it was brilliant but developer went awol. I just use the iOS inbuilt blocker which works fine. I don't answer any calls I don't know the number for, Google the number 99% of the time its a spam caller, block.
