Loving the list of films you have coming, I'm ordering cloverfield today from the USA and am tempted by the violence of rambo, pans labrynth is amazing etc etc. Could you PM me on avforums with regard to these films you have ordered and the weather ? ;)

O, and apollo lights on way as well.

yeah i got carried away somewhat. cloverfield and rambo just arrived. i want to watch rambo first, but should i watch 1-3 again first? i dont know :s lol
 
anybody know if the uk are getting the 2 disc version of rambo? i just checked my import and it contains an sd version on another disc for copying to a portable device or pc/mac. thats pretty spiffing that.

This is the one release I truely can't wait for same as a lot of other massive movies, such as Star Wars but on the other hand I hope they spend a lot of time making sure the transfer is of the highest quality. I dont think we will be seeing it this year though...

LOTR I heard somewhere is penciled in for a few years yet (ten year anniversary of first release was one rumour)

Staw Wars will be a good release (when it comes out) - They may do a lot of them but LucasFilm ALWAYS do their best with current technology, GL never allows a duff print be released
 
Silly question, I watched I Am Legend two nights ago, the quality is very good in it... but... is anyone elses BluRay the "Alternate Version" of the film?

It's alternate ending basically, but it doesn't contain the regular ending of the at all film.

I have this version, they are both on there but its a right fuss switching between them. The only way I could get the option screen to select original or alternative was to press triangle and select play from beginning. This is via the PS3 I am not sure how to do it with other players. It then comes to a selection screen first, whereas if you just play the movie it takes you straight to the start of the film and you cant change it via the on screen options.

Hope that makes sense.
