Blue Screen and Windows Not updating

Im having 2 issues atm, atleast 2 times a day my computer will blue screen

Run Mem test (link below) to check you don't have any faulty ram modules.

Have you tried a fresh install of the operating system and I assume this not a dodgy copy

Have you tried Windows Fixit for updates?

Windows 7.
