BLUE SCREEN ... OFTEN!

Hi, do not what causes Blue error screen!
after it system reboots!

the only driver/software i have installed is 8.12 for 4870...
can it be the issue?

also i have E800 O/C'ed to 4ghz ...
but windows reports that it is driver/software error...

any suggestions?
