Blue screen system service exception

hi was playing battlefield 3 and i got a blue screen with this error code 0x0000003b and it said system exception anybody know what this could be? it also referenced atimdag.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

are you overclocked?

0x3B = increase vcore - from BSOD overclocking help list

It was overclocked and stable for about a week but i took it off a few days agao as it was SOOO warm in my room ill check to make sure i put all the voltages back though i did just press f7 to revert back to optimized defaults

no vcore is at auto reading around 1.175 varies up and down

the only that i have changed recently is i added a 7850 to crossfire with the 7870 in there already
