Ok so his problem started this week and it's only happened when I close a program, it's not every program but some it happens 1 times a day roughly but it's happened 4 days now and it's starting to worry me so I've done the following things: I've downgraded my GTX 760 drivers, I've downclocked my CPU, I've disabled virtual memory
But tonight when I was turning my PC off it was force shutting down the program "Origin" and it blue screened and restarted very quickly, I'm very paranoid about this being 'fatal' to my PC or whether it's my actual PCs components, I'm very worried please help me guys?

Thanks!

Something else you can do (to eliminate possible causes) is to run System File Checker (as Admin), and see if there are any corrupt files.

Have you turned off your page file ? If you have turn it back on and set it to system managed.

Also if you have a page file do this :-

1) Open Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

2) Click the Advanced tab.

3) Under Performance, click Settings.

4) Click the Advanced tab.

5) Under Virtual Memory, click Change.

6) Click No paging file. Click OK, ok, ok and make sure to apply.

7) Restart your computer.

8) Delete pagefile.sys on the drive the page file was set if it is still there after the restart. (Remember this file is hidden so make sure you set windows to allow you to see hidden and system files).

9) Open Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

10) Click the Advanced tab.

11) Under Performance, click Settings.

12) Click the Advanced tab.

13) Under Virtual Memory, click Change.

14) Click System managed sized. Click OK, ok, ok and make sure to apply.

15) Restart your computer.

Also run a complete checkdisk on the drive(s) that has your OS and Page file.

Video explains how if you don't know how to do that.

siimplez it's a memory fault, either with RAM that is going bad or set wrong in the BIOS or the page file is not on or corrupt or the hard drive it's on is going bad. That's the only reason to get the fault you see.

Set the BIOS back to auto too if the fix I gave you above does not work and see if it goes away. If it does then it's bad memory settings in the BIOS or a bad setting somewhere.

0x50 = RAM timings/Frequency add DDR3 voltage or add QPI/VTT
0x3B = increase vcore

If resetting the BIOS doesn't work, remove the batter for 5 mins!

Please don't forget to state whether you tried Purgatory's steps in post 11, or whether you removed the battery as Snips recommended. Otherwise it's not easy to help. The more things that can be eliminated as the cause, the better it will narrow down the actual cause.
