Has anybody here used Blue Screen IT for training, they seem to offer more for the money than Cerco.

I am looking for a complete change, currently managing a retail warehouse. Also, how important is the age factor in IT? I am 43, would anyone offer me a job, even with the necessary qualifications?

Whether or not anyone will employ you for a hands on IT role i couldnt say, however, at your age and with your management experience i would suggest looking into some sort of IT/Team manager role.

As most people will know, a manager doesnt need to know how things work (just an understanding of the processes and technology) just be able to manage his team to get the job done in a timely manner. At least, this is my expereince of managers.
