anyone got one that works properly ?

my old tdk one gets picked up but no drivers are found and tdk website is useless as they appear to have stopped making them

dont mind buying a new one providing it will actually work

I can't point you towards a dongle but the bluetooth in my dell laptop works fine and that was originally a toshiba implementation under XP so anything based on the same should work. I suspect somebody will have one that works though....or you'd imagine that any microsoft bluetooth dongle would work....

thanks for the tip :)

it seems microsoft only do bluetooth adaptors as part of mouse or keyboard bundles can't seem to find them on their own

i guess i'll just have to wait a while for some of the other companies to update their product descriptions to include vista driver support

Have you tried manually installing the driver within vista? As there are TDK drivers for Bluetooth adapters in vista's driver database.

Right click on the adapter > properties > driver > update driver > browse my computer > Let me pick from list

Scroll down the list to TDK and select the generic driver and see if it works, it may not give you full functionality but it's a start. :)

fantastic why didnt i think of that :)

doesnt seem to work fully but i can now transfer phots from my phone which is the main thing

thanks a lot
