hi i'm trying to get bluetooth working in my pc i'm using a gigabyte gc-wb867d-i rev 1 network card on windows 10. i have tried:

reinstalling drivers (downloaded latest from Gigabyte) also made sure they were the correct drives windows 10 64 bit

disabling power saving on wireless adapter settings

Disabling windows fast boot options

I'm not sure what else to try any idea's

I'm an idiot, i had the wrong usb cable in. I had a type a to a going to an nzxt usb header expansion Board. I needed the usb motherboard block connector usb cable in. Was hunting for a internal usb cable and could only find a internal header to mini b luckily i had a old front panel usb board from a old case lying around. Connected that to the card and then from their an a to a cable to a usb 3 hub then finally in the back of my motherboard ridiculous but surprisingly works haha but it will do until i get a new internal cable. But i have no idea then why their is a type a connector next to the usb pins looked at the manual and it's not even pictured on the card and it never came with a type a cable. Also looked at the manual online still not mentioned or pictured but it is pictured on the box strange.

Found out what the usb port on the back is for if anyone was wondering. It's just a internal usb port for a usb key or something. Not sure why that will work over the pci bus but the bluetooth needs a cable draped across the motherboard but hey at least it works.
