Bluetooth issues

Hi,
I bought https://www.overclockers.co.uk/refract-gaming-jade-1080p-1440p-pre-built-gaming-pc-fs-1dj-ep.html and everything is fine except Bluetooth.
The issue is that I can't connect to any devices. I have run the troubleshooters, and they're no help. I've spent hours on Google, also no help.
Device Manager shows the driver provider as Microsoft on the generic Bluetooth adapter.
Im assuming there is an issue with the drivers—thanks to previous forum posts—but have no idea how to find and install whatever it is I need.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Any idea what the motherboard model is? Unfortunately the spec page only states B650 which is the chipset, and doesn't point to the exact motherboard, but usually if you search that it'll take you to the product page from the manufacturer with links to drivers. Could reach out to OcUK's customer support and they should be able to get you the correct drivers.

You can use something like CPU-Z, go to the "Mainboard" tab, and then take a screenshot and share it here. It should tell you the model of it.

I used system information
BaseBoard Manufacturer ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
BaseBoard Product PRIME B650M-A WIFI II
BaseBoard Version Rev 1.xx

I've no idea what to do next

Download and install the bluetooth one and then retest.

Edit - I'd probably also install the Chipset drivers if it was me.

For chipset, I would suggest getting them directly from AMD as they're usually newer: https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/chipsets/am5/b650.html

Another thing to note, make sure the WiFi antennas are properly screwed in. They're also used for Bluetooth and it won't work properly without them.

Thanks for all your help. The Bluetooth drivers worked great. I'll do the chipset drivers next.
Its a real pity that the system wasn't optimised before I got it, but it's all sorted now.
