I have what appears to be a working Bluetooth USB dongle but no software for it to get it communicating to my laptop. I don't know the manufacturer.

Can anyone point me in the direction of some nice free software? I tried googling, but that just comes up with bits and pieces that turn out to be not very functional demo's.

Thanks.

Good point, I didn't check through device manager. I was looking on the packaging it came in and got very frustrated. If it helps, i got it as part of a platinum pack for the E71 from a popular online mobile accessory shop.

I have sent them an email asking for assistance but i wanted a quick solution last night.

It will be a couple of days before i get back home to have a look.

it's probably one of the crappy 'bluesolil' ones

ask on here for the model number of one that 'just works' with windows drivers and save yourself any heartache

there's a lot of really crap bluetooth dongles out there :/

many of them, you just plug them in and windows has the driver already, meaning you don't need to install a thing
