Blueyonder and Newsgroups

Ive seen on the blueyonder website that people with 10meg get free newsgroup access/downloads, but i cant see anywhere where it says that people below this speed (im on 2meg) get charged for using newsgroups.

any one know if i will get charged, and if so, what will the prices be?

its free across the board, ive used it for years on all speeds.
