Yes, but when every TV show rents the same **** set of Todd AO's worn to the point of extreme astigmatism hooked up to Arri or Red with several adapters and focal reducers producing crazy visual aberrations we then end up watching scenes like:

There is literally one single (if severely chromatically aberrated) soft-sharp spot on the entire screen, the rest of it is wearing your grammas reading glasses
 
yes you're right - that looks rubbish compared to original blade runner use below, successor w/o anomorphic above.

Netflix is fast food ... they(millenial|X) get what they pay for. ... well the bbc's not what it was either.
