Bluray Audio Sync issues?

Maybe it's just that I never noticed it with DVD but since having a bluray player I've noticed more than a couple of films that have audio sync issues, I am currently watching Tokyo Drift which is slightly out of sync, so was Fast & Furious, another film was Pandorum which was badly out of sync. Anybody else notice this?

Are you playing through an amplifier? Will probably be some adjustment possible within the amp settings.

No, it's a cheapish 5.1 integrated system, having googled pandorum it seems like it is a problem with the bluray itself. Not looked at the others yet.
