Blurry CRT in dual view

I'm using a 20" tft and 19" crt in Nvidia Dual View, however the CRT is really blurry (it isn't like that on my other pc), i'm using the adapter that came with my 8800 to plug it into the card. Any ideas?

Do you have Cleartype turned on in Windows, if so its meant for LCD, not saying you cant use it on CRT but it gived me a sore head.

Nature of the beast IMO.

TFT's normally look a little sharper than CRT's IMO.

Ooh cleartype.. i'll try and dsiable that then, and nah this is way more blurry than on my other setup.

Try swapping the monitors over as I find sometimes one port gives better picture quality than the other.

You know since I got my 8800Ultra (matter of weeks), my 22" CRT is fuzzy, I will swap DVI on rear to to other one, or use one of my original DVI to VGA adapters incase these ones are dodgy, my eyes are damn sore all the time and never were before with 144HZ.

I tried switching over the monitor leads and then vista wouldn't boot. Won't be doing that again.

i have a tft and a crt (iiyama VM Pro 450 iirc) hanging off my X1800XT, both look fine and sharp, even with cleartype on.

might be a focusing issue, if your moving the screen physically to use with different pc's, local magnetic field distorting it a bit, elsewise its likely the card or the dvi adapters as mentioned.
