Is it to be considered tosh, or is it a good indication of ones health?

Tosh if you lift any kind of weights.

Generally tosh overall, but thats my opinion.

What's wrong with a mirror and/or an honest friend?

My doctor told me I'm clinically obese after following his charts so....

I'm been up to "Dangerously obese" on a chart before. Awesome.

hell yeah, i was over 44 at one point, but then i was over 22stone and 30%bf!
(im now 19.5stone and about 20%(imo) but im still in the mid 30s for BMI)

If you are average in every possible way then its a good indicator of general health.

However - who is average in every way? Also, would you really want to indicate anything about someones health based on a very simple ratio of height to weight?
